The SAARTHI Guidance Program by Dr. Amit IAS Academy is a personalised mentorship and guidance initiative designed for serious civil services aspirants who are preparing for UPSC, HCS, and State PCS examinations. SAARTHI is not just a doubt-clearing program; it is a complete preparation-support system that guides students from the first stage of preparation to the final stage of selection.

In today’s competitive environment, aspirants do not lack books, videos, notes, or study material. What they truly need is the right direction, a clear strategy, regular monitoring, and a trustworthy mentor. SAARTHI has been created to solve this exact problem.

Every student has a different academic background, preparation level, speed, strengths, and weaknesses. SAARTHI understands this individuality and provides a personalised roadmap according to the student’s target exam, current level, available time, and preparation challenges.

The program covers all major aspects of civil services preparation, including Prelims strategy, study planning, source selection, test analysis, current affairs approach, Haryana GK, State PCS-specific preparation, motivation, consistency building, profile discussion, DAF guidance, and interview-oriented preparation.

Under SAARTHI, students receive structured guidance through a clear 4-step process. First, an onboarding counselling session is conducted to understand whether the student is a beginner, intermediate, or advanced aspirant. After that, a personalised preparation path is suggested based on the student’s strengths, weaknesses, and target examination. Students then get scheduled one-to-one guidance sessions of 20–30 minutes, either online through Google Meet or offline at the academy headquarters in Charkhi Dadri. Regular progress discussions help students understand how to complete the syllabus, improve test scores, reduce mistakes, and move steadily towards selection.

SAARTHI also gives special attention to HCS and State PCS preparation, including Haryana GK, State Budget, Economic Survey, State-specific current affairs, and exam-oriented strategy. This makes the program highly useful for students who want to prepare for UPSC along with HCS or other State PCS examinations.

The core philosophy of SAARTHI is simple: every aspirant needs a guide who can remove confusion, correct mistakes, and keep preparation on the right track.

“SAARTHI — Your Companion from Preparation to Selection.”

The SAARTHI Guidance Program will act as a milestone initiative of Dr. Amit IAS Academy, helping students move from confusion to clarity, from irregular preparation to disciplined progress, and from self-doubt to confident performance.

For every serious aspirant who wants proper direction, personalised mentorship, and exam-oriented guidance, SAARTHI is the right companion for the journey towards success.
