Subject: OFFICIAL NOTICE: Update and Clarification on Security Deposit Policy - Mission Shakti 2.0

Dear Students of the Mission Shakti 2.0 Batch,

This notice is to provide an important update and bring greater clarity to the policy regarding the Security Deposit for all students enrolled in the Mission Shakti 2.0 program. This is being done to ensure complete transparency and mutual understanding.

The Security Deposit is collected at the time of admission and is intended to be fully refunded upon your successful and satisfactory completion of the program.

However, as per the program's terms and conditions, the deposit will be adjusted or forfeited, in part or in full, under the following specific circumstances:

1. Property and Other Damage: To cover the costs associated with any damage, defacement, or loss caused by the student to Academy property, infrastructure, equipment, or any other assets.

2. Premature Exit from the Program: The security deposit will be forfeited if a student chooses to leave the Mission Shakti 2.0 program before the completion of one year without an "appropriate reason."

3. Other Financial Loss: To cover any other unforeseen financial loss, outstanding dues, or liabilities incurred by the Academy as a direct result of the student's actions or negligence.

Important Clarification on "Appropriate Reason" (Point 2):

Please be advised that the authority to determine whether a student's reason for premature exit is "appropriate" and justifies a refund rests solely and exclusively with the administration of Dr. Amit Academy. The Academy's decision in such matters will be final and binding.

Effective Date:

Please note that this policy and its clarifications are applicable to all students admitted to the Mission Shakti 2.0 program, effective retrospectively from August 21, 2024.
